Grace-Filled Living

Day 2: #75DayHolyGirl Movement – Redefining Holy as the New Hard

Will it be easy? No. Will it be worth it? Absolutely.

Welcome to Day 2 of our "Sophisticated Christian Girl: 7 Days of Grace & Growth" campaign! If you’re here, it’s because you’re tired of the world’s version of "self-improvement" that leaves your soul feeling dry and your spirit feeling empty. You’ve seen the "75 Hard" challenge all over social media: the gallons of water, the two-a-day workouts, the strict "no-cheat" meals. And while physical discipline is great, we are here for something deeper.

We are here to redefine "Holy" as the new "Hard."

For too long, the word "holy" has been associated with being quiet, passive, or even boring. But Sis, I’m here to tell you that true holiness is the most disciplined, high-octane, radical way you can possibly live. It takes more "grit" to submit your will to God than it does to run a marathon. It takes more "toughness" to hold your tongue in grace than it does to lift heavy weights.

Today, we are diving deep into the #75DayHolyGirl Movement. We are shifting our focus from secular achievement to spiritual growth, because when you grow in the spirit, everything else in your life: your business, your health, your relationships: begins to prosper.

Spiritual Truth: "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen." : 2 Peter 3:18

Truth vs. Lie: The Battle for Your Discipline

Before we get into the "how-to," we have to address the mindset. The enemy wants you to believe that spiritual growth is something that "just happens" if you show up to church on Sundays. That is a lie from the pit! Growth is intentional. Growth is a choice.

The Lie: Holiness is a feeling or an accidental state of being.
The Truth: Holiness is a daily decision to be set apart for God’s purpose. It requires stewardship of your time, your body, and your mind.

If you can commit to a 75-day fitness challenge for a summer body, why wouldn't you commit to a 75-day spiritual challenge for an eternal soul? We are reclaiming the word "Hard." We are choosing the "hard" of discipline over the "hard" of regret.

The 7 Pillars of the #75DayHolyGirl Movement

The #75DayHolyGirl Movement isn't about legalism; it’s about rhythm. It’s about creating a lifestyle where God isn't just a part of your day: He is the center of it. Here are the seven daily requirements we are committing to for the next 75 days:

1. 30 Minutes of Uninterrupted Time with Jesus

Before you touch your phone, before you check your emails, and before you see what the world is saying on Instagram, you talk to the Creator. This is your "Morning Manna." Use this time for scripture study, deep worship, and listening prayer. If you want to grow, you have to be rooted in the Word.

2. 30-Minute Daily Prayer or Praise Walk

This is separate from your workout. This is about movement with a mission. Get outside, breathe in the air He created, and talk to Him. Use this time to intercede for your family, your business, and your "calling." If you’re feeling stuck, a praise walk will break the atmosphere every single time.

3. Christian Spiritual Growth Literature (5 Pages Daily)

We are lifelong learners! Whether it’s a book on self-discovery from a biblical perspective or a deep dive into the lives of women in the Bible, you must feed your mind with wisdom.

4. Workout for 30 Minutes (6 Days a Week)

Your body is a temple, not a trash can. We honor God by taking care of the physical vessel He gave us. This isn't about hitting a specific weight-loss goal; it’s about the discipline of showing up for yourself so you have the energy to fulfill your God-given vision.

5. Weekly Food Fast

Choose one day a week to fast for spiritual purposes. This might be a full-day water fast, or perhaps fasting from sunup to sundown. Fasting isn't about "earning" God’s love; it’s about thinning the veil between you and the Holy Spirit and reminding your flesh that it does not run the show.

6. Sustainable, Whole-Food Diet

Fuel your body with things that grow from the earth. Cut out the processed junk that clouds your mind and makes you sluggish. We want to be sharp, focused, and ready for whatever the Lord calls us to do.

7. Track Your Progress

You cannot manage what you do not measure. This is where the "Plan and Prosper" category of The Grace-Led Life comes in. Use a dedicated tracker to check off these habits daily.

Why Tracking is Your Spiritual Weapon

I know what you’re thinking: "Charlet, isn't tracking a bit… worldly?"

Sis, let me tell you: the enemy loves disorganization. He loves it when we "forget" to pray or "lose track" of time. When you use the 75-Day Holy Girl Tracker, you are making a declaration in the physical realm that your spiritual growth is a priority.

Tracking isn't about checking boxes to impress God; it’s about building a record of His faithfulness and your consistency. When you look back at Day 45 and see that you’ve prayed every single day, it builds a "holy confidence" that carries you into your next season of growth and gratitude.

How to Battle: When the "New Hard" Feels Too Hard

There will be a Day 12. There will be a Day 34. You will wake up, the house will be cold, your head will ache, and the "enemy" will whisper, "It’s just one day. Skip the prayer. God knows your heart."

When that happens, here is your battle plan:

  1. Recall Your "North Star": Why did you start? Was it because you felt distant from God? Was it because you felt stuck in your career? Write your "why" on the first page of your planner.
  2. Phone a Sister: This movement is a community! You are a "key part of the plan," and you weren't meant to do this alone. Reach out to a friend and tell them you’re struggling.
  3. Repent and Reset: If you miss a task, don't throw away the whole challenge. This is about grace, not perfection. But don't let a slip-up become a slide. Ask for strength and get back on the path.
  4. Use Your Tools: Surround yourself with beauty. Use your bible highlighting guide bookmark to make your study time something you actually look forward to.

Fact: You Are a Masterpiece in Progress

The world tells you that you are "enough" just as you are. But the Gospel tells us something even better: You are loved exactly as you are, but God loves you too much to leave you as you are. He wants to refine you. He wants to polish the "sophisticated Christian girl" inside of you until you shine with His glory.

Choosing the "Holy Hard" means you are choosing to be a steward of the life He gave you. It means you are preparing yourself to achieve your dreams with God by building the character necessary to sustain the blessings He’s about to pour out.

The Grace-Led Lifestyle: Beyond the 75 Days

The goal of the #75DayHolyGirl movement isn't just to finish the 75 days. It’s to create a Grace-filled Lifestyle that lasts a lifetime. We are practicing the Proverbs 31 life in a modern world. We are learning how to Plan and Prosper so that our lives reflect the excellence of the Kingdom.

Are you ready to stop playing small? Are you ready to see what God can do with 75 days of total surrender?

Go grab your faith-based stationery, print out your tracker, and let’s get to work. The "new hard" is where the miracles happen.

I am so proud of you for taking this step. You aren't just a survivor; you are a conqueror through Him who loves us. Let’s make these 75 days count for eternity.

Stay visionary, stay inspirational, and most importantly: stay holy.

With so much love and grace,

Charlet Billings
